Martgoz is an online retail store based in Karachi, Pakistan, selling products across categories including Jewellery, Smart Watches, Mobile Accessories, Portable Fans, and Analog Watches. All orders are fulfilled and delivered within Pakistan only.

2. Products & Pricing
- All product prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

- We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse an order at our discretion.
- In the case of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify the customer.
3. Ordering
- Orders can be placed directly through our website at www.martgoz.com.
- Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or phone call.
- Orders are processed during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM PKT).
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, delivery limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly.
4. Payment
- Martgoz operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model only.
- Payment is collected at the time of delivery by our courier partner.
- Please ensure the exact or approximate amount is ready at the time of delivery.
- No advance payment or online transfer is required or requested. If anyone contacts you claiming to be Martgoz and asks for advance payment, please report it to us immediately.
5. Delivery
- We deliver across Pakistan only. No international shipping is available.
- Standard delivery time is 5 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Delivery to major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.) may be faster; remote areas may take slightly longer.
- Delivery is carried out through third-party courier partners. Martgoz is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, natural events, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
- A delivery attempt will be made up to 2 times. If the customer is unavailable on both attempts, the order may be returned and future orders from the same address may be subject to review.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your Martgoz purchase. Our return policy is as follows:
- Return window: You may request a return within 3 to 7 days of receiving your order.
- Eligible reasons for return:
- Product received is defective or damaged.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Product is significantly different from the description on our website.
- Conditions for return:
- Product must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or delivery receipt) must be provided.
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
How to initiate a return: Contact us via WhatsApp or the contact details on our website within the return window. Our team will guide you through the process.
- Martgoz offer cash refunds. Eligible returns will be processed as a product exchange or Cash Refund, after we receive the returned parcel.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
7. Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible after placing the order.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery as per our Return Policy above.
- Repeated order cancellations or COD refusals may result in the customer being blocked from future orders.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on www.martgoz.com, including product images, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of Martgoz and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
