- Orders are confirmed by WhatsApp or phone call before dispatch.
- Confirmed orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours (working days).
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Receiving Your Parcel
- Please make sure someone is available at the given address and phone number.
- Check that the parcel is sealed and undamaged before accepting it.
- We recommend recording a video while opening the parcel, which makes any damage or missing-item claim quick and easy.
- If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours (see our [Return & Refund Policy]).
Wrong Address or Unreachable Customer
If the courier can’t reach you after multiple attempts, or the address is incorrect, the parcel will be returned to us. Re-delivery may involve additional shipping charges.
